A ladybird struggles in a web, thin legs moving up and down;

Today

I am the ladybird

A magpie steals an egg, a blackbird cries out;

Today

I am the blackbird

A bumblebee bumps against the window, drifts towards the bluebells;

Today

I am the bumblebee

An ash tree buds on bare branches, no longer choked in ivy;

Today

I am the bud

Tomorrow

I

Will

Bloom
